Our Warranty Policy
Allbirds offers a warranty against manufacturing defects on footwear purchased in New Zealand. Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of purchase, and issues should not be the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Proof of purchase is required, such as a purchase receipt or online order confirmation number. Items that show signs of excessive wear, improper care, alterations, or continued use after a fault was identified may not be eligible.
If approved, the warranty outcome may include a replacement, refund, or gift card, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
Our warranty is only applicable to Allbirds products purchased directly from Allbirds New Zealand or Allbirds authorized retailers. We cannot guarantee any products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners.
