Looking to return or exchange?

We’ll help you get on the right foot. Just pick your country, and have your shipping zip code and order number in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Allbirds Order Confirmation email. Then off ewe go!

Our Return Policy

Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days

Couple of things regarding apparel: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact. And for socks and undies, packaging must be unopened. Returns can only be done in the country of purchase.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, not matching their description or failing to perform as described. Final Sale items include: gift cards, insoles, and TrinoXO™ Face Masks.

Gift Exchanges

Not your colour? Not to worry. Gifts can be returned within 30 days. Drop us a line at help@allbirds.co.nz. The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better! Once we know the order number and customer information from the original order, we can request that a pre-paid return label be sent your way.

Please provide the size and colour of the new pair you'd like for the exchange. Let us know the best shipping address and we can send the new pair to you directly.

Online and Retail Returns

We take free returns in-store or online. Returning by mail just means flying up to the top and picking your country. Otherwise, pick a store here and stop by to say hi!

Used Shoes

Lightly used or like new shoes are donated to our partner, Soles4Souls, who then distributes them to people in need.
