Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order.

All deliveries are shipped with NZ Post and ship to all of New Zealand. If you would like more specific delivery time frames please refer to the carrier websites: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

Time Frames

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4 NZD for all orders throughout New Zealand. This shipping rate covers shipping throughout Australia with a delivery time frame of 2-8 business days depending on your location.

Orders with a minimum spend of $150 and over will recieve free shipping. 

Order Status & Tracking

We partner with NZ Post. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us.

Gift Exchanges

Not your color? Not to worry. Gifts can be returned within 30 days. Just pop over to our returns policy for the returns process with your order number. It’s on the shipping label or the back of the gift note (if you got one).

Online Returns

We take returns for online (except for Outlet purchases - Returns/exchanges are reviewed and accepted in the country of purchase.

Used Shoes

Lightly used or like new shoes are donated to our partner, Soles4Souls, who then distributes them to people in need. Please inquire if you are looking to donate a pair of pre-loved  Allbirds shoes.
