"Allbirds customer service is a joke. Ordered an e-gift card — still unfulfilled after waiting for 10 days. It’s a digital product, there’s no excuse for this delay. Contacted support twice, only got useless AI replies. No real response, no update, no resolution. If you can’t even deliver an e-gift card, at least issue a refund instead of ignoring customers."
