Care Guide

Remove laces and insoles.
Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

Just right size and much more support. Better for running around after grandkids. Really like them. Also the inner sole is stuck inside now. Heel materials disintegrated after 100km

"These are very comfortable, but after 10 days of 10km walking, the heel materials completely disintegrated. Purchased in New Zealand but I discovered the fault in London. Went to a local store but they couldn’t help … because I purchased in NZ. Contacted NZ help, but they wouldn’t help because … I’m not in NZ. Very frustrating and the NZ and UK teams won’t talk to one another. Ultimately I had to send the shoes back to NZ, return them to the NZ channel where I received a refund."
