Care Guide

Remove laces and insoles.
Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

"Last year I bought my first pair of Allbirds sneakers, since then I am a total convert! I have every day sneakers, I took a pair on holiday with me, I replaced my gym shoes and now I bought this pair for work. Orders poorly handled

"Selected these shoes instead of the standard Tree Runner by mistake and immediately emailed to correct my order. Got the 'bot' and by the time a human saw my message it was too late. Was then sent a completely different set of shoes that the ones ordered OR the ones I wanted. Eventually got through to a human and sent the shoes back over a week ago now, no refund and no reply after 2 follow up emails. I have ordered at least 8 Allbirds and the last 3 times something has gone wrong, and I've received the wrong product. What's happening your side Allbirds? Please fix it. When I do get the right shoes they're great."
